Frequently asked questions
Which image formats can I resize?
The tool supports JPG, PNG and WebP images that your browser can decode.
How do dimensions affect image quality?
Reducing width or height lowers pixel dimensions and often reduces file size. Compression quality affects lossy formats such as JPG and WebP; PNG remains lossless.
Are images uploaded to a server?
No. Image decoding, resizing and export happen locally in your browser.
